I went with the Hastings to the Mothers Day program at their ward where Anders and Clara sang with the primary. Back at home I made a coconut cake for dinner. I gave Kris a lavender plant, a dark-chocolate Cadbury bar, and a homemade card. We took a lovely hike up the Thomas Creek Trail to Timberline Drive, which is where, believe it or not, the timberline starts and where Rob and I started our Dry Pond loop the other day. Rob put together a delicious dinner: steak, roasted sprouts, garlic mashed spuds, and beautiful fresh berries. Tonight everyone is practicing the piano and getting ready for school tomorrow.

Tomorrow we head for home, so the excitement will likely end. That's all for now.
