The amount of work makes me feel a little overwhelmed. Glad I don't have to do all the work, but will just get to enjoy the finished product.

Having flashbacks about when I redid the yard and the living room of my parents' rental down 900 E a ways. We didn't use the front door for about six months...
Enough work to keep everyone out of trouble for a long time.
