Katy Kathryn completed her Masters in Clincial Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. We flew off from the Provo airport to Roanoke with her to celebrate her accomplishment. It was a very fun trip despite involving six flights. That part of Virginia is very beautiful, and we were early enough to be spared the humidity. Liberty is an Evangelical (Southern Baptist) school and is everthing that BYU wants to be: beautiful, shiny, and perfect, all there to create "Soldiers of Christ." The drive from Roanoke to Lynchburg is breathtaking, and Roanoke, where we stayed, is delightful. It was fun to have Katy all to ourselves, and the trip was a banger!

Kathryn Taylor Colver -- Class of 2025

William Tucker Hastings -- Class of 2025
Tucker graduated twice from the University of Utah: degrees in Environmental Science and Spanish. The first was May 1, which is also Oliver David's birthday, so we also joined in his festivities. Tucker's second was the next day, followed that evening by a fĂȘte in his honor at Emily's in Spanish Fork. Sunday morning we met again in SLC for brunch at Avenues Proper. Lots of celebration in just a few days.
April 2025
There were some highlights this month, some usual, some less common. We had family dinner with all the local kiddos, and Cousins' Breakfast as usual. A bit different was participating in an anti-Trump/Musk demonstration in little old ruby red Provo, dinner with Katiana's family -- the Goffs -- and a bit of visiting with Mark Boynton in what was to have been a "Boynton Reunion."

March 2025
March was like all the other months but with a lot of birthdays, only a few of which were celebrated here.

February 2025
The months just fly by! February started with a Hansen cousins' get-together in SLC at Kreg and Dorothy's home. Dorothy, always the genial hostess, prepared a delicious Asian nosh. Katy, Emily, and Kris went to a book signing in Springville by Beth Brower, a favorite of all five of the Taylor girls. The Millers hosted a Valentine's group dinner in South Jordan. At this month's family dinner we feted Moe who was celebrating her February birthday. Valentine's came and went without much fanfare: just flowers and treats from Trader Joe's. We hosted Meagan who stopped in for a week, and we have been able to see some of Ollie and Meg, too. Just for the heck of it, we drove to SLC to meet Tucker for dinner at Kyoto, which has been a Salt Lake institution forever. While she was here, Meagan defended her dissertation with flying colors and is now Doctor Taylor. At the end of the month, we joined Meagan and Ollie for supper at In-n-Out.
